YOGA WORKSHOPS

YOGA & THE ORGAN MERIDIANS
A Wellness lecture and Yoga workshop featuring Lisa Hedrick,
Acupuncturist and Suzanne. Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and Taoist Yoga
Theory - the workshop explores the location and importance of the 12 Organ
Meridians in maintaining our physical and emotional health.

THE CHAKRAS AND THE ENDOCRINE SYSTEM
Based on the ancient wisdom of the yogic chakra system, gain insight into
the body-mind-spirit connection. Part lecture, part yoga practice, this
workshop gives practical tools to balance the seven energy centers of the
body, which reflect in the vitality, health and wellness of our Endocrine
System. Experience: the ENERGY alignment of yoga postures,
the JOY of resonant mantra chanting, the FREEDOM of deep breath work,
the PEACE of visualization, meditation.

YOGA SPIRIT DANCES & THE FOUR ELEMENTS
A movement workshop exploring the Body as a creative vehicle of expression -
using the elements of EARTH, AIR, FIRE & WATER as inspiration. A journey
through gentle yoga, dance movement, ritual and spontaneous creativity to
joyously MOVE WITH SPIRIT. Great music/engaging rhythms.

CORE YOGA
Vigorous , strengthening and challenging yoga sequences with a strong focus
on the core. Takes your yoga to the next level.

COUPLES PARTNER YOGA
Share and enjoy a sweet yoga practice with your partner. Experience
