Suzanne Grace has motivated and inspired people all over the globe for three decades with her heartfelt wisdom and understanding of the healing power of
the body. Her deep connection with Nature infuses all of her work with an organic sense of flow and energy.

Whether teaching, performing or leading retreats for groups of 8 or 800, she gracefully "moves" people and opens all to discover their own inner
radiance.

Suzanne has trekked the Inca Trail in the Peruvian Andes, been on vision quests, walked on fire, traveled solo through the Middle East and Eastern
Europe, apprenticed with Toltec wisdom teachers, and is an avid student of New Thought philosophy.
Born and raised in the heartland of Missouri, she has lived in California since 1997 and currently in the Gold Country/Mother Lode of the Sierra
foothills between two sacred rivers.

Suzanne's YOGA studies began in 1979 as a tool for healing from an injury. She has studied the Iyengar, Ashtanga, Kundalini and Taoist
traditions and did her main teaching training at Yoga Works in Los Angeles.
She also incorporates Chi Gung, meditation and chanting in her practice.
Prior to moving to the Sierra foothills, she was a popular teacher at Yoga Studios and Fitness Clubs throughout the Oakland/SF Bay area & Marin County.

Suzanne has presented yoga workshops at conferences in Ukraine, South Carolina, Missouri, and throughout California. She has recorded three 'YOGA WITH GRACE' at- home practice CD's , which are available for purchase.

.Suzanne's DANCE training began at the age of six. She continued through college and received both a BA ( University of South Florida) and MFA
(University of Utah) in Modern Dance. She then went on to have a distinguished 20+ year career in the Performing Arts as a professional
contemporary dancer, choreographer, teacher and artistic director of her own dance company in St. Louis, MO. She received numerous grants and awards for her creativity and was known as "Burning Feet".

Suzanne's PILATES training began as a young dancer in the early 80's in
New York. She is a certified Mat instructor through Physical Mind Institute
of San Francisco, and received her Allegro Reformer training with Polestar
Education in Sacramento.

Suzanne received her CMT for Massage from Body Mind College in Oakland,
CA and went on to study Zen Shiastu, Tui Na (Chinese Meridian Massage), Jin
Shin Acupressure and Shamanic energy work.
